On 2/20/14 Kevin Hill, representing Signature Fence, arrived for the estimate. Hill gave me his card and his card said he was the Owner/Operator of Double H construction & Development.  I explained what I wanted done and between talking on his cell phone and walking around the yard, I think he was able to determine my needs. I had the feeling he was more interested in something else besides what I wanted done. On 2/18/2014, Hill sent me an estimate on the cost for doing what I wanted. His estimate was for $9,050, $4,000 more than my previous estimate. Needless to say I went with the lower bid. I wonder as to the reason that Signature Decks & Fences is listed on Angie's List and the Owner, David Elliott, sends someone from another company to my house. I was uncomfortable with my experience with Signature Decks & Fences. <br />"

"They're my sprinkler guys. They put in my sprinklers and they come in and take it off and put it back on. I've been using them since 2013. It's hard to get hold of him. He doesn't answer the phone right away. So I have to leave a message and then sometimes he takes a while to get back to me. It's not always good because I have to do RPZ water test for the city twice a year and it's got to be in and so it's hard sometimes."
