"Had a large existing paver patio removed and underlying concrete pad, which was previously put in by DMX landscape just horrible!!! DMX put in 3 other patios in my neighborhood and all four (4) of us had them tore out and redone, I wouldnâ t hire DMX to walk my dog!!! ***I contacted Giovanni with Denver Landscape and his crew lead by Fabian did an outstanding butt busting intensive labor job to demolish & carry out numerous wheel barrels of sand and concrete! They then brought in road base and compacted going over it several times, the put in the new extra large pavers and it is beautiful! This new patio will be here for a life time it is and has a perfect grade for draining!!!!! The lead man on the job (Fabian) was pleasant, communicated from beginning to end of the job, everyday they cleaned up put everything away before they left the job. They worked diligently everyday except Sunday to complete the job. Owner Giovanni was always available returned my texts/calls immediately anytime I had a question. Denver Landscape put in my next door neighbors patio 2 years ago and they did a fantastic job. I recommended DL to my daughter last year and they did a huge patio for her and did a fantastic job there too! *** This is why I hired them a few weeks ago to do mine, honestly if you want the job done efficiently and correctly you should hire them or take your chances going elsewhere and then call Giovanni to come fix the mess the other company does for you! "A tornado touched down in my backyard and knocked down both side fences. Integrity Fencing hauled away the blown-down high-quality fence. They built the new fence with rotten wood and large gaps between each slab. A guy (Robert) from Integrity came out to look at the fence and pointed out things I hadn't seen before. He pointed out nails missing, boards sticking out, and there should have been a board across the bottom of the fence, which he would have someone higher up come by to take a look a. A week later, the president (Tom) of the company came out with his daughter, they took pictures, and agreed about the gaps between each slab, and said he would have someone else come out next week to take a look. 6/10/2024, a superintendent of the company came out with Tom, and the superintendent wanted to argue the fact that the reason the gaps are between the slabs is because they do shrink; however, when they put the fence up with gaps we were told that the wood would expand and close. "

"Hiring Porterhouse Construction (Michael LeTourneau) was a serious mistake. He promised clear communication and professional work but delivered the opposite. The stain began washing off after the first week, leaving visible spots and discoloration. Screws and fasteners remain loose and unaddressed, despite his own statement that he would secure them. When I raised concerns, instead of accountability, I received excuses and blame-shifting. In one message he wrote: ?I am not a laborer hired off Angi ? I am a professional contractor and expect to be treated with respect.? Yet his behavior shows no respect for the client, the contract, or the warranty he signed. He stopped responding to texts, has never come back to inspect or correct his work, and clearly has no intention of honoring his obligations. I have dozens of photos documenting the poor workmanship and early stain failure. If you value your home, your time, and your money, avoid Porterhouse Construction at all costs."
