"Miguel with Sod N Things is a true professional! I had a very large project for rental property that needed an extensive amount of work (irrigation system, rock, sod, and bush removal). I explained to him that this project is for a rental property and that I needed a lawn that matched the style neighborhood and that was easy to maintain for my renters. He was the only contractor who didnâ t try to upsell me on all the extras he had available and truly listened to my specific needs for a rental property rather than for a primary residence. His estimate was easy to read and even broke down the pricing for the multiple options we had discussed and included computer generated images of what the final project would look like upon completion. This was a large project, the lawn had been neglected for years so he had a huge undertaking to say the least. His work is absolutely beautiful! He did such an incredible job with this space that I didnâ t even recognize the house when I pulled up. The neighbors even went out of their way to let us know how much the loved the lawn. In addition, Miguel communicated with me every step of the way and always followed through with everything. I felt that my project was his primary focus and that he wasnâ t juggling multiple jobs. I am beyond impressed with the quality of his work and professionalism. I cannot say enough great things about this company.
