"DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS They up-charged the parts for my refrigerator by OVER $200 and then proceeded to charge $240 dollars in "labor" for 20 minutes of work. This was a fix I had done previously on my refrigerator for about $45 by myself. The job they did for this insane fee was performed because the technician couldn't speak English so he could not explain to me what the problem was, so I went with them on a bit of faith that it was an issue I could not handle. After the job and all this crazy thievery, was when I realized it was something I could have done on my own for HUNDREDS of less dollars. I waited to write this review until the manager called me back, which he did FIVE days after I asked to speak to them and then had to ask again. Please note that they will respond to this negative review below. Whatever they say will be a bold faced lie. Do not use this company, they are liars and cheats."

"We hired Lulu to help clean my 3 bed / 2 bath house that has one very large Bernese Mountain Dog (Nessie). Lulu does a wonderful job of making sure she takes care of all my things. We were having some trouble with Nessie hair on the rugs and she went ahead and bought a rake for the carpet and a better vacuum to help with this issue! She is almost always prompt to arrive or will communicate if she's able to come a bit early or running a tad late. The professionalism, attention to detail, and overall skills of Lulu is above my expectations of a usual cleaning company. He wasn’t sure why water was appearing on the floor, but felt it may be due to some clogging of a PVC drain tube. He said it was not possible to simply clean it out, but it should be replaced at a cost of another $250 (for a pipe?). We declined. We subsequently had another repairman come in who said there is no problem cleaning the tube and did so. The material clogging the pipe is shown in the photo."
