"John Aiello offered three approaches to choose from least expensive to most expensive, which allowed us to weigh price vs the look we were going for. Option 1: Refinish existing pine floor and add new flooring (oak, pine, maple, etc) to new space. Option 2: Remove existing floor and cover entire space with new flooring. Option 3: refinish existing pine floor and cover new space with flooring freshly milled from 100 year old wood. We chose Option 3 and it looks amazing! The freshly milled pine has rapidly aged to match the existing flooring. From start to finish John has been a professional and diligent contractor. When something didn’t meet his aesthetic standards after installing some floor boards, he removed and replaced them. I highly recommend John and has team."
