"I was sold on Darrell and his company on our first meeting. His crew was just as awesome. They arrived at sun up and did not leave until the sun was almost setting. They rarely took a break unless Mr. Turner (Darrell) insisted they do so. I made sure there were gallons of tea, ice, glasses, and snacks always available. His crew was not only efficient they were immaculately clean. Never leaving trash, a screw, a nail, anything, laying around. The crew allowed me to, not only explain my roof issues but show them as well so nobody was injured because of the faulty roof. They listened, they explained, and every day they took pictures of what they had accomplished. My 2014 sq. ft roof was completed in two days. Not only do I have a beautiful new roof but there is no signs of roofers ever being here. It simply does not get better than this. I personally can't thank them enough and Darrell for following up to make sure we are completely satisfied. This is the way businesses need to be run. Thank you, TMT."

"Everyone at Solar Shield was very nice and professional. We had a few concerns when the moisture barrier was installed and we still had rain in our bedroom. Frank got it corrected the next day, and finished the roof the following week. The good news: very nice looking roof with no more leaks. The bad news: we got pictures of the hurricane straps installed and had the roof inspected by our insurance company. They found that the hurricane straps installed were not up to their standards and neither was the moisture barrier. They also found multiple slats (we didn’t have decking that covered the whole roof - old house) that were split and compromised during the work, so we were unable to qualify for any insurance discounts. Overall, we have a nice looking roof - top of the line from Solar Shield Industries. Hopefully, it will last a lifetime. But unfortunately, we have some decking remediation that needs to be done and we still need hurricane straps, which will probably be clips now. Not a big enough deal for me to raise a stink. I can retro clips and repair the few decking issues from the attic & under siding. And apparently, the moisture barrier is just not what the insurance company accepts as a “moisture barrier.”"

"Benny from LV Roofing is an HONEST contractor! I had another roofing contractor from RX Roofing inspect my roof for leaks having found a water spot They informed me during the inspection that I need 10sqft of roof replaced and that then showed me photos he had taken of the damage. I waited for two weeks for an estimate that never came. I called the corporate offices and explained the situation and asked for the quote. Again they never supplied one! Unbelievable really! So I found LV roofing and called to request a inspection and estimate. Benny spent an hour in my attic looking for a problem. When he finished the inspection he stated that my roof was fine and it was likely a water leak from the AC unit on the second floor. NO CHARGE! It was so refreshing to find an honest contractor who actually looks out for their customers! Well done LV Roofing and Benny!!"

"When i called we discussed what I was looking for. He explained I needed to look at a place that sells mobile home items such as for the tub so it would fit correctly. Saving me a HUGE headache! Whenever I had a question he had no problem answering it. On our agreed upon date for installation he arrived early and immediately began working. He widen areas and removed and replace tub,shower,cabinets and other misc items. He was there for 4 days and each day he would leave the rooms picked up. I am very pleased with the outcome it is exactly as we discussed...beautiful and functional! And he even do a couple of little extra things such as fixed my leaky faucet for no additional charge! Hard to find such service anymore! He was friendly and took pride in his work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing home improvements.
