"I selected Got Watts Electric & Solar to install a residential solar system on my house in Antioch. My experience with Got Watts was professional and informative from start to finish. Most communication was by email which I like more than phone calls because it provides a information to reference. The price was not the lowest but it was near the lower end. But the panels and equipment were superior to the lower quoted systems. When I needed a sub panel put in, Got Watts included it in the price. It was not so with other quotes. The sub-panel they put in has expansion capabilities and wouldn’t if they had gone with the minimum needed. The solar panels they offer include top of the line. The system includes monitoring the performance of the individual panels, not just the system. They took care of all the permits, setup, inspections and submitting paperwork to PG&E. They replaced some cracked roof tiles that had been bonded together with good ones removed from where the solar rack was installed to hold the panels. I highly recommend Got Watts. Another company said they could put no more than 18 panels the house. Another company wanted to put panels on the north roof slope (which is not best) because of a code issue with having them on the east slope. But Jeremy the owner of Got Watts knew right away what the local code was and that panels would fit on the east slope to go with the southern slope and give me a 100% off set system of 25 panels."

"Contacted Hansen Landscaping to do our front yard. We met with Steve and shared our design thoughts. Steve presented us with a drawing based on what we were looking for. A drawing is one thing but the finished project is another. We never in our wildest dreams could have imagined how beautiful our yard looks now. To us a simple design of a dry creek, artificial lawn and some plants was what we had in mind. Steve's design took our plan to a much higher level. The dry creek is a show stopper. The team sent to do the work were awesome. It took them 6 business days to complete. They were at our home on time every morning and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left at the end of the day. Any questions or concerns I had were always listened to and addressed. Steve Hansen made everything work seamlessly from first meeting him at his showroom to laying out the timeline to working with Jack on selecting the right plants and then sending us Hugo, Raoul and Martin who worked so hard and made me laugh everyday. "We used landscape locators to find a gardener to do an initial cleanup of our front and back yards (~$200) and then continue a bi-weekly gardening service ($70/month) for our small front and back yards (our lot is maybe 6,600 square feet). The service overall has been good. We had some difficulty connecting in the beginning and were playing phone tag. The gardeners were late for the initial service but were very nice (and continue to be). I'm not sure if this is pricey or not as this is the first time that we have used a gardener. Kept the worksite clean and tidy throughout the project and made sure that the driveway and the walkways were clean at the end of each day. All the members of his team were experts in different areas and took pride in their work. Paid attention to details and quickly fixed any issues or mistakes in my design. Khiem procured all the plants I requested from a good nursery. Patiently installed drip irrigation covering the entire yard including for the ground cover. The drip irrigation was all buried to be invisible. Refused to use sprinklers anywhere even if it was less work. Replanted some of the new Hydrangea bushes from where they had too much sun to a shady area."
