"Now for the positive experience.  I called Clearwater Plumbing and left a message.  Larry returned my call within 2 hours.  Larry was very pleasant and answered all my questions.  I purchased all the material for replacing two toilets.  I just needed a quote for labor.   Clearwater Plumbing provided a very fair estimate.  I was also able to use Clearwater's coupon on Angie's List that saved me 10% on labor.  Larry scheduled to provide the service two days after I accepted their estimate.  Larry provided a two hour window for their arrival.  Tyler came to provide the work.  He called 15 mins before he arrived.  He wore shoe covers in my house which I really appreciated.  I have changed toilets before but since I had major back surgery my wife does not want me to get injured again.  I occasionally watched his work. "Superior plumbing has saved the day for me on countless occasions. I hit a sewer pipe with a lawnmower because it was sticking out of the ground and hidden by overgrown grass. I didn't know what it was, and sewage started coming out a few days later. I had another plumbing company come out and quote me $30k for a sewer lateral. I then had Superior Plumbing come out since they had recently installed a sewer lateral for my parents' house for much less. They said a piece of the pipe fell into the pipe, causing it to clog. They pulled out the piece, then cut the pipe to the ground and put a concrete cap that said "sewer," so I wouldn't hit it with the lawn mower again. It cost $1700 instead of $30k! Last week, the landscapers hit the cast iron sewer pipe coming from the bathroom outside. I immediately called Superior Plumbing, and they came out in 30minutes, as luckily they were close by. They addressed the issue and returned a few days later to replace the pipe with PVS, which proved to be very affordable. I then had them return to strap pipes under the house and install a water pressure regulator, as the water pressure was 95 when it should be 60.
