"Our roof was damaged in recent hail storms and needed to be replaced. Chris Oliver was quick to respond when we called, extremely knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. Chris provided an honest and complete evaluation of the roof damage. He worked with our insurance company to ensure that they had accurate and complete information to support and settle the claim. There were 2 or 3 specific non-standard roofing requirements due to a custom patio cover we had built on. Chris knew exactly what to do and outlined the needed adjustments to ensure we ended up with a quality roof. Chris and/or his son were on site during the entire job to provide oversight and coordination. The Five Sons crew did a great job of cleaning up after the job was complete. The quote was done in a timely manor and he helped us through the whole process, dealing with insurance for us and taking care of us step by step. "I needed to hire a company to do the roof replacement on my house, that I was selling. From the first phone conversation, I felt at ease and like Brian "cared" about what I needed, and of my concerns. They removed two layers of shingles, down to the wood, they called me a couple of times with "meeting code" issues I had no idea about... so they also corrected venting shortfalls on the roof, with nicer more efficient vents. They pulled off a rotting board and replaced it with a new one on the eaves, and then painted it as well! Having had several conversations with Brian, through the course of all this, and as they progressed, seeing the pictures of the work that had been done, I began to wonder if they couldn't fix the downspouts on the gutters which had, through the years, come loose...YUP, done and DONE, then I needed to fix a window in the master bath and poof, it was fixed including framing, around the outside...better than I could have even imagined! Being out of town added to the angst of hiring the "right" company, to do the repairs I needed, to get the house on the market... Colorado Native excelled! The insurance company was only going to pay half of the replacement cost. The Ready Roofer team negotiated on my behalf so I only had to pay my deductible. They did a great job replacing the roof in Jan. Their communication skills were unbelievably assume throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them."
