"Quality contractors who take pride in their work are very hard to find, Especially if they are out-of-state. I live in California and this contractor is located in Illinois. Justin worked on a 3-bedroom, 2 bath rental home I own in Illinois. Justin installed a wrought iron hand railings on the front porch and also repaired cracked concrete. "Steve and Anna did a full basement remodel for me after I had had a problem with mold and the remediation had left a lot of damage. The work included some repair work, drywalling, enclosing part of the room as a closet, installing new vinyl flooring throughout, and completely rebuilding a bathroom. They did a great job! Very courteous and worked with me to find the best deals on fixtures and materials. I am very happy with the results. Will have them back for another project."
