Some were minor like building utility cabinets for the kitchen or mounting household appliances for convenience. Others were major undertakings , such as, stripping bathroom facilities down to the studs and completely renovating each room into a palatial spectacle. His project costs are competitively reasonable. The building materials and plumbing appliances he installs are first class or, may reflect the financial restraints you place on each project, He is a skilled craftsman of the first order, competent in all he does. I have “NEVER” employed anyone who can compete with his varied skill sets, acumen and, demeanor. Sean McLeod has created a whole new environment for us to live in and enjoy. He is indeed a man who will turn your dreams into reality. At the time of this review he is scheduled to complete additional remodels."

Brian spotted a couple other small areas in our kitchen from an unrelated stalled project (unfinished corners between drywall sections; a sealed-off electrical outlet box), and offered to complete those for us, which was really helpful and generous. He's also great with dogs. :) As a heads up, Brian is in high demand and so there was a long wait-time between signing his quote and when he was able to schedule us in.
