"Our new roof installations could not have gone better from the bidding process until the end of the project. There were always 2 Field Operations Managers onsite from the beginning to the end of each day. Communication was always available and professional. It was a very well-coordinated major event. Our residents have been most complimentary. Crown Exteriors performed all the work within 7 workdays. Remarkable! Our residents experienced minor inconvenience for a very limited time. Any building started was completed the same day. At the end of each workday, the property was left in the same condition as it started. Spotless. Including the obvious need for overnight parking, each resident was back to their normal life within 36 hours. This was a very large job. The cost was well into the hundreds of thousands of dollars and they were highly competitive with their pricing. Anytime you take on a project this size there are going to be mishaps.
