"The team was professional and prompt. We were able to monitor some of the siding installation, and when we were not happy with the alignment, they removed and reinstalled. Being extremely hesitant to have siding placed on our house to begin with, we wanted to ensure it looked as good as it could. The only downside was that there was more painting to be done on the remaining and/or new wood installations remaining after installation than we anticipated. To be clear we were not mislead by the company. It was just a miscommunication. The roof repair was done a few months later to remedy a faulty installation (by another company) around our chimney area. The crew was very professional and worked tirelessly until the job was done. Some additional issues were found during the repair. We were informed ahead of time that this was a possibility. They were quick to address it. We have been happy with the results."

"GoTo Roofing did a major siding project on my 19th century house in the late summer of 2023. This place has a long history and thus many issues that needed to be fixed prior to placing siding. GoTo Roofing did a fantastic job in all aspects!! From the initial meeting with Alden (one of their project assessors) to the day to day work with Mickey and his team I couldn't be happier. My project was more complicated that most and took a few weeks due to the amount of repair work needed. Mickey and his crew kept me up to date every day with what was going on and status. Every night before the crew left they packed up their tools and materials and made sure the areas were clear of debris!! "Lucas came out as promised the next day. He was thorough, professional and friendly, and I appreciated that he responded when others would not. Despite the inclement weather, he climbed onto the roof and checked everything out. After his inspection he took the time to explain exactly what we were dealing with. We will be needing a new roof once the winter weather leaves our area. But when we are ready to have one installed, this time I won't be searching for a roofing contractor. I now have one. . We contacted four vendors (two of whom we had used before).  Our install was a bit tricky, and some companies would not even quote the job.  Mike was the most responsive, and gave us the most options.  I researched third party reviews on the product lines he proposed.  All seemed to have good reviews.  This is really hard to find in either windows or sliding doors!  During the sales process he was informative and presented several options, but absolutely no high pressure.  So easy and pleasant to work with. The installer was very professional and really knew what he was doing. 

We are very pleased with both the quality of the door and the installation.  We would not hesitate to use Mike again
