"Super professional and informative and fast !! Top quality installation and work"

"Built to Last Construction was recommended to me by a friend who had them remodel her kitchen. First I hired them to paint a steep stairway to the upstairs, along with the upstairs landing (built their own scaffolding) and install railings. Their work was very professional and I can't belief how good it looks! Next I had them completely remodeled the bathroom in coordination with a plumber and electrician. Tom and his wife Ann went shopping with me for bathroom fixtures but because the bathroom is so small nothing seemed like it was going to work out. Tom actually ended up building a linen cabinet, sink base and medicine cabinet with a lighted mirror to fit. The quality of the wood and workmanship is outstanding! I am also hiring them for other projects. They are always very thorough and kept me informed on all aspects of the projects. I recommended them to a friend who has had a hard time finding someone to update her deck. She will not be disappointed."

"Ken came out and cleaned the door track and the door rollers. The door opens much better now. He also replaced some burned out lights that I had been putting off for several months. I would hire him again."

"They did a good job of installing the openers and explaining their features and how to set up all the proper codes. There was a small problem with the installation where one of the brackets was pinching an electrical wire and causing it to short out. But after we had an electrician out to figure out the problem, T&C agreed it was a mistake and paid the electrician's invoice. Everyone we deal with was very friendly."

"The job went well. There did not appear to be any problems with the installation of the garage door. When the job was complete, the installer went through all the details for the proper maintenance and use of the garage door."

"We had Mark in to install a railing for our basement steps and to replace our exit door into the garage. We wanted to switch the door to an outward swing as the current door swung inwards and was a safety issue. Mark was great at helping us figure out how to work this out and find the correct materials. His workmanship is excellent. I really appreciate his communication throughout the job. I would definitely contact Mark for any future household repairs or remodel work. He is very professional and I highly recommend Mark."

"Brian installed 2 exterior doors, 5 interior doors, and 2 storm doors for me last year and all doors still fuction perfectly."
