I was surprised how quickly and efficiently they were able to move me from a small efficiency to a large apartment in a high-rise. The high-rise was challenging because it's a new building and they don't have access for a moving truck to come in. But these guys are really quick and all my stuff is in great condition. Gave me a price of $1200 for the job then after we agreed he tacked on another $100 because he had to remove the junk from the premises ( thought that would be obvious. Why would I want the stuff / furniture/ junk just put out on the front lawn?) Finally, when the job was done he told me it was $1400 !!! I completely disagreed with him and only paid him the $1300 but it bothered me that he tried to goose it up a little bit for more money. Very good clean out however. Very nice man. I would use him again for a job but be mindful of the pricing."
