"We called twice, left messages with receptionist and on machine. Also left a message via Angie's List. Needed work done on fence gates that had been installed by B F and R. Obviously expected to pay for it and thought they'd be the best to do it since they were the original installer. Never got a response. I guess if your job isn't big enough you don't get the courtesy of a return call. Very unprofessional. Will never call again."
