"Everything went as planned, the whole job took about one and one-half days. In addition to the new heater and A/C units, a new insulated tube, venting into the dining room, was added in the attic as was an additional roof vent. A new wood floor was made for the heater and the A/C unit was set up on a special concrete-like pad to comply with City code.
