I called them to get bids on fixing a few things including possibly straightening a few bent pickets. The original repair bid they sent me was a whopping $2110.00 while the original cost of installing a drive gate and a walk through gate was $2001.00 just four years ago. I scaled down the scope of repairs to just replacing the latches and hinges and they came down to $977.00 while they had let me know that the cost of the new hardware was around $180.00 in an earlier bid.
