"Was a great day thanks for the new roof"

"David did an amazing job. He came in and asked to go straight to the attic? not the roof like the other guys. He identified where exactly the leak was, then went on the roof, inspected the whole roof and came back with photos. Fixed our leak, then also resealed all the nails everywhere on the vents and boots. Really appreciate this guy, went way beyond what others did for me before! I highly recommend this contractor! Thank you so much!"

"They were on time and did the job good. I did not have no roof sealant put on. The strip on roof was rising up and I knew that was abnormal. They fixed it!! The only thing I think it was a little pricey for fixing that peice. But the job was done and the roof looks a 100% better."

"They did a great job! My roof looks great! Reliable and kept me well informed about everything. They kept cost in mind and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. I canâ t say enough good things about them!"

"My car had embedded dog hair in the upholstery from three dogs with massive coats, and hadn't been washed in an age.  Looks completely new, not a dog hair in sight. Clean everywhere.  Fast, responsive and good value for money.  Would highly recommend.

"They called to schedule us asap, which was great. When the guys did come, my husband met them and said the guys basically just said, "So we're just here to clean the gutters, right?" My husband confirmed that it was for the Angieslist deal and assumed he wouldn't have to say more -- All in all, the short story is that I'm sure the gutters were cleaned (can't see ourselves), but they left right afterwards and never gave us any input at all on the condition of the roof. I know that was a "bonus/side feature" to the deal, but I really had been curious how the roof looked since we had just moved into this house in August and know there was history of hale damage in the area from a storm a few years ago. As we aren't roofing experts, we would've been interested to hear what the condition of the roof actually looked like. Not a loss because we were happy to have the gutters cleaned, but would've loved to have heard the other part of their "review" -- especially since they're primarily a roofing company.

"Excellent. The inspection was thorough, and agreed with by my insurance company (hail damage). The price was less than allowed for by my insurance company. Very courteous, responsive, and efficient. The roof looks great, no leaks, and they cleaned up everything!"

"Ken was very thorough at his job,he checked all areas of my roof so I dont have to worry. I thank you service magic for reccommending applied construction."

"It went well! I called Jerry on Saturday and he responded immediately. Jerry saves the weekend for repairs and was able to have a crew member fix it on Sunday morning. They did a good job fixing the hole and used an extra shingle that we had on hand. Our roof had been replaced in 2011. I was told to call them if the repair caused us any problem in the future. I was pleased with the professionalism of Jerry and his crew member."

"I want to give Ace Roofing the highest recommendation possible. A full roof replacement was not an experience that I was looking forward to, but thanks to Jerrall Rich and his team, everything was far smoother and less stressful than I anticipated. Mr. Rich, the owner of Ace Roofing personally assessed my property before giving me an estimate. He then took the time to meet with me and explained my options. He was up front about what he recommended and why. He also let me know options that were not needed for my property. There was nothing hidden in the estimate and it was accurate to the penny. The roof replacement was scheduled promptly. The Ace Roofing team showed up on time and they even finished the job early. My landscaping was protected and the crew cleaned up thoroughly when the job was over. Mr. Rich came out several times throughout the day to supervise his crew. Additionally, after the roof replacement was completed, Mr. Rich met with me personally to review completely explain the warranty. He also gave my property one final inspection. It is clear that Ace Roofing takes pride in their work and I would not hesitate for an instant to recommend them to others."
