When we raised a question about the color of the paint looking different than the sample, he postponed applying it until later that day, when we were satisfied that it was the correct hue. What they did was fine. BUT the gentleman that did the work tried to leave before checking the functionality of his work.  The door wouldn't close because he bent the bracket that held the sensor. He came back in to fix that.  Work was fine, but he left the old rollers lying everywhere and he greased the "screw" overhead with too much grease that dripped everywhere after the first few up/down moves of the door.

The job would have been A+, 5 star except for these items.  We probably will use them again, but will stay and watch the entire time.

He was also able to get me on his schedule quick, fast and a hurry. Once scheduled, he was communicative throughout the entire service experience, even sending a reminder the day before the and day off. He arrived when he said he would. I really liked that he was respectful of my time. He did a diagnostic and was able to repair my washer at the same time . He was polite, efficient, productive, and professional.
