"They say that pictures are worth a thousand words. I could tell you how once Aaron Capello (the salesman) took our bid, and our money, we never heard from him again. I could tell you how a quoted 6-week bid turned into an almost 6-month job. (The bid was for 4-6 weeks out. The fence was installed 6 months later) I could tell you how Brie, the "scheduler" was put in charge of our job and contacted my mom once; every other time we had to call her. I could tell you that the job boss rescheduled multiple times, and never showed up on the days he said that he would. I could tell you how we ordered and paid for, REINFORCED Vinyl, as the fence is bordering a horse pasture, yet what was installed is a cheap material and feels like if a strong wind comes along it will blow it over, and there is absolutely ZERO reinforcement. I could tell you how the custom gate, which we spent extra to have built, is not reinforced, has some flimsy piece of vinyl across the backside that is only decorative and NOT reinforcing, and that the gate itself only needs a little pressure and it's already coming apart. I could tell you how the End post that was installed for the existing chainlink fence is NOT an end post, but a center post, and still does not have a top on it. Or how said post is not attached to the vinyl fence. Or how the workers failed to stretch the existing chainlink fence so that it sags. I could tell you how neither the gate nor the fence is LEVEL. I could tell you how NO ONE has come back out to the property to look at the fence after we notified them of all the issues. (Now over a month later) Or, I could just post pictures and you can decide. "These guys are great! I was contacted less than 30 minutes after I submitted my request online and was provided with a tentative quote over the phone. When the sales rep showed up, the final quote ended up being almost exactly what we'd discussed. They were booked out a few weeks because it's springtime, but I was able to get updates easily and was contacted when I landed on the schedule. The installation team was AWESOME! Tony and Adam went above and beyond to make our fence look beautiful again."

"Hired Kinetic construction for a home addition and from the beginning it was a terrible experience. A timeline of 3-6 months was given by Jason. It took 3 over months just to get footings after several failed inspection attempts. I believe Jason hired non-qualified non-licensed contractors while he himself was unqualified to perform the work he quoted us for our home. We have had to live with crooked walls, sloped floors and uneven roof lines, he attempted to install incorrect and improper roofing on top of very poor installation and workmanship for our house which was incorrect as per manufacturers specifications and where he flat out lied to us about it. He tried to blow us off and lie to us about until I had proof and documentation, then he walked away from our project and?s still tried to bill us full price. Do not hire this company or person. I have many picture and documentation as proof of what he will try to get away with. "
