"Working with Mark, from the first phone call to arrange for an appointment for an estimate, through to my final contact once the job was completed, was a pleasure. During my estimate, Mark was very comforting explaining my options. Even though I ended up going with the high-end quality paint, I never felt pressured in any way. I found that the cost for this job was very reasonable. Albert and the rest of the crew always arrived early each day, and always immediately began work once on site. They were all very professional, courteous, no unnecessary noise, and happy to answer my questions. Upon completion, Albert and the crew were very accommodating as we looked over the job for any missed spots (which were very few). Overall, to paint my 3 bedroom two story house, Paint Pros completed the job over three days (half day power wash; full day prep, primer on bare wood and paint; then partial day of accent painting and touch up/clean up). Being someone who works in the banking software industry, I also found it very refreshing to find a company like Paint Pros that uses electronic documents (like DocuSign)... I think this reflects Mark's professional approach with his company. I would definitely recommend Paint Pros for your painting needs, and I would consider hiring again when the need arises. "Where do I even start.... If I could give Do it Your Painting & More 100 stars, I would. I recently lost my father and acquired his house that needed quite a bit of work and a fresh facelift. He was a smoker and because of his health declining, was unable to keep up on some basic maintenance. After submitting a request for a quote through Angi's List, Dajuan responded promptly and professionally and answered many of my questions, that I'm sure were all over the place. Trying to handle a house project 1000 miles away and trying to find someone to do it was extremely overwhelming and stressful, especially while grieving, but Dajuan's understanding and communication made the process a lot smoother. He was able to meet me at my Father's house last minute while we were in town to go over some job options and gave me some advice to help me make some decisions. After a good month or so of a massive texting conversation, funding hiccups and decision making delays on my part, Dajuan and crew got the job done in the time frame I needed and came back in a timely manner to fix a couple things and complete a couple more jobs I added on at the end. He suggested a couple options for some weird issues in the house and pointed out some issues that need to be taken care of in the future that I can do on my own. Everything was perfect and the finished project came out 100x better than I had imagined and the smoke smell is gone! I am so thankful that the stars aligned to have found Dajuan and crew for this job. It was so nice to find someone who could tackle not only the painting but flooring installation, small kitchen remodel and stubborn ceiling fan installation. A package deal! "I hired Castle Labor to help me move some seasonal items (large bins and some furniture) into my storage unit. They were friendly, efficient and worked at a good, steady pace. There was a discrepancy with the invoice… when I called and spoke to the owner, Samuel, he clarified things with me and even offered to refund me the amount of the dispute.. the way he handled the issue was so impressive, I told him to keep the money and instead, apply it towards the next time I’ll be using them. After the New Year, I had to move all my holiday decor and other seasonal items into storage. Of course I called Castle Labor. Scheduling with them was very easy. They were punctual and communicated well. They helped me take my bed frame apart so we can set down a new rug I had bought for my bedroom. They were just as friendly, organized, and worked efficiently as they did the first time. I went with them to my storage unit to unlock it and gave them basic guidelines on how I wanted everything organized. I gave them space and hung out at my car in case they had any questions or whatever. When they were done, I was surprised at how fast they unloaded everything, and was pleased to see how they organized everything.. they didn’t just generally stack bins, they took the time and effort to reorganize my existing inventory and set everything up even better than how I wanted it. I was so happy!! Samuel and his team always go above and beyond. I felt comfortable with them in my space, communication was straight forward and easy and the price is right. They are game changers when it comes to moving, heavy lifting, pretty much any manual labor and I cannot recommend them enough!"
