Anne in the office is very friendly and has great customer service that goes above and beyond. She was very helpful answering all my questions. Mark is very knowledgeable, professional, and he gave me a lot of creative ideas on how to do my driveway and service walk. He really cares about each customer that he has. Mark and his crew are hardworking, polite, and were always on time. After my driveway was done they cleaned up everything and they even put back the items they had to move to do the driveway (landscaping, etc.) That was a very nice touch, I was so appreciative that they did that. The concrete driveway and service walk were beautifully done. Mark and his crew make artwork out of their concrete jobs. If you need concrete work done, give them a call they will appreciate your business as much as you will appreciate their final product. I have had multiple neighbors admiring their work on my driveway and walk. I will be a repeat customer for sure!"

"Chris Ruh came to my home to look at the concrete work I thought I might need in the curb area in front of my house. Firstly, Chris is very patient and very personable. He proceeded to thoroughly examine and measure the area. He took his time to discuss how work could be done. The work would be quite an expense. Most importantly, Chris discussed with us whether the work was really needed and whether it would be worth the cost to get only a slight benefit, if any, from the work. We felt we had received excellent advice from a very experienced gentleman and decided against having the work done. But if I ever needed concrete services in the future or if friends of family needed such services, I would not turn to anyone else. I highly commend and recommend Chris Ruh for any concrete services."

"Tim and his father did a great job replacing a couple squares of sidewalk at our home that were done improperly by a different contractor. They got me an estimate and fit me in their schedule quickly, all while doing the work the right way at a fair cost. I would definitely ask them to do additional work in the future and recommend them if you need concrete or masonry work as well. They are also licensed in Columbus and insured. Before hiring any vendor to do work at your home, I highly recommend you verify both of those things. I came across a number of other concrete vendors who did not have either or both of those documents and some were less than forthcoming about it."

"David actually came and measure the job to be done instead of giving me an estimate based on a satellite image of the driveway as several other vendors had done. He and his crew showed up on time on the day of the installation and were very professional in the removal of the old driveway and the installation of the new one. They took great care in making sure our invisible dog fence remained operational & intact. We were impressed with the clean-up they did at the end of the job. My wife & I are very please with the results of this company's work. We would highly recommend them for any driveway work."

"Ron, the owner gave us an estimate and called with a proposed date to complete the project.  He did not ask for any deposit and said we could pay him when we were satisfied with the job.  On the first day they removed the old patio using a bobcat with a hydraulic hammer.  I told him that I didn't want the yard damaged so he said that he would bring the bobcat in the yard only one time and he kept his word.  The bobcat didn't do any damage.  They hauled the broken concrete through the garage utility door using a wheelbarrow.. The next day they formed the new patio and verified with my wife that they design was satisfactory.  Due to the extreme heat they decided to pour the concrete the following morning to assure a quality result.  The next day they poured the concrete using wheelbarrows.  After the concrete partially dried they applied a powder and used stamp pads and formed the design in the concrete.  Stamping concrete is a very messy job and the powder is very dusty.  The following day they came back to clean and seal the stamped concrete.  I was impressed with their knowledge of the business, their attention to detail (not damaging my yard) and their willingness to work in extreme heat.  . They were also careful to clean the house, driveway and the area at the end of each day and upon completion of the job.   "
