"We noticed our garage door making strange noises when the door was being raised. One torsion spring was broken placing great stress on our 15 year old garage door opener. Called Budget Door in the AM and Todd was dispatched within a few hours. He said he could replace only the broken spring but that in his experience within the next couple of months the other would also break. In addition, after inspection, he showed us how the bearings were destroying the spring shaft. We had those replaced also. The price seemed a little high but all of the critical hardware was replaced and I don't expect to have any more issues with the door itself. The entire job took only 45 minutes and we were very happy to have had the job done so promptly."

"We had high expectations of quality, simply from Dan’s efficient, detailed quote, along with verbal, email and texts communications, and followup brochures. Matt and Bill kept in constant contact for scheduling and measuring. We had to postpone due to rains and high winds a couple of times, but the crew actually rescheduled for Memorial Day as the weather broke. Rick’s four-man crew arrived at 9:00 sharp, introduced everyone, and immediately remeasured every window, checking against the new ones in the truck, and then staged them all inside. Six hours later they had torn out, replaced, loaded our old sashes and frames into their box truck, and completely caulked 15 of the 26 windows. "john and tom and their team were great. i had them replace a second story patio door with a leak that caused damage to the first floor ceiling and drywall. they set my new door, fixed any leaks in the frame, replaced and painted all the drywall, ceiling and wall to match the existing finishes seamlessly. well rounded pros who can likely fix anything that i will hire again. plus they patched and painted more than was quoted and that made my elderly mother very happy to get those little jobs done as well."

"The installation was amazing. They had all 15 replaced in a little over 4 hours. One gentleman replaced and the second followed behind, cleaning up and doing inside finishing. Three came back the next day to do outside insulation and trim. The windows are fabulous. My only problem has been getting the follow-up paperwork. I'm not terribly worried (at this point) because I am relying on their reputation to follow through."

"I cannot recommend these people enough. We needed our roof and most of the trim and facia underlying the roof replaced, as well as a gutter. They quoted a reasonable price, were completely transparent with all costs associated and how the process would work, were extremely tidy and professional, and were very quick. We have small children, and they were extremely aware of and cautious around them when leaving to and from school and daycare. I had spare siding, and they even volunteered to replace some damaged siding at no additional cost. These guys were just great."

"I really can't say enough good things about Dan.   He's just a good person.   Honest, reliable, friendly, great at what he does, trustworthy.   Everything they installed turned out great.   Dan was super helpful in helping me pick out and purchase the necessary tile.   Always there to answer any questions or talk things through.   Dan and Larry did a great job on all the projects.   Really clean.   Very mindful of dust and trying to maintain a clean workspace which is tough during demolitions and installs.    Everything turned out great.   Really couldn't be more happy with the experience.   We even encountered an unforeseen plumbing issue that Dan took time of his weekend to diagnose and resolve.    Above and beyond the call of duty.    I would use Smith and Rogers again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them.
