This was a kitchen upgrade with all new, high-end appliances. I wanted to change the look and feel after 20 years and increase the home’s value. At all levels there was honesty, trust and great communication. Carol did the estimate and was welcoming in answering all my questions and providing suggestions when needed. She made me comfortable knowing that they could do all I was rfequesting, including making a custom panel for my new Sub Zero that matched my existing cabinetry. Armondo and Melvin were always on time, neat and with a can-do attitude when little things came up. It was a pleasure having them in my home. I would use that team again without question! And for the cabinetry work, there is nobody better than Julio. New door hinges installed to perfection, new pulls aligned the way they should be and a terrific mounting of the custom Sub Zero panels. Micky and his team are simply superb — every team he brought in did top notch work, including tiles, flooring, plumbing, electrical, countertop, cabinets, glass, stucco, windows, drywall, and more. "Eran and his team were great. I had agreed to remodel my bathroom before moving in to my new house. It turned into quite an adventure once structural problems were identified during demo. Eran worked with me on trying to keep the bathroom timeline on track as I worked to get other contractors in to fix the other problems.  And they worked above and beyond in motivating me when the other contractors were late. We did run in to a slowdown at the end of the project and better communication would have been recognized - the problem was with a supplier outside of Eranâ s control. The end result was a slip at the end date for the project. Once everything worked out, I was very happy with the end result."

"Javier scheduled and rescheduled with me a number of times. I accommodated him each time and I stressed that I needed this work done before Thanksgiving. He assured me it would be completed by then. He scheduled for an 8am arrival today, which he ran late for (no problem). As I arrived a few minutes later, I saw him drive off and he did not take any calls or write back any texts. I was genuinely concerned he had a family emergency or something. It turns out he didn't and he just decided to leave the job for an unknown reason. To this point, he has not contacted me to let me know why he did this. Instead, he confirmed with another customer, who I had referred to him, that he was available to go look at his unit today. This was very shocking. I had even referred Javier to a colleague to paint his entire home, and was optimistic would be a good fit for many painting projects moving forward. Very, very disappointed."
