"I had a job that was very sensitive and required an operator that was amazingly precise. It was excavating next to a building with zero tolerance for error. I also had a job that required some consultation on what could be done and how to do it. This job was a new pond. Alex easily completed BOTH jobs ON TIME!! First, he made all the work look so easy with his finesse and control over the machinery. When he completed the wall, it looked as if it was dug with a laser! The pond ended up being much harder than I thought. Terribly rocky soil, extreme heat, and lots of vegetation to remove. Again, Alex made it look easy. I was dumbfounded at the amount of material he was able to move in such a short time. The last piece was the price. The estimate seemed too low. After seeing what Alex was able to do, I knew he was undercharging for his experience and expertise. The final bill was EXACTLY what Alex told me it would be.
