"Water started leaking from a bedroom ceiling… Even though the leak was probably coming from the chimney flashing, I knew the roof was old enough for replacement. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"Dino turned an incredibly stressful situation with my flat roof and made me feel at ease. My tenants sent me video of it effectively raining in the house and now it’s dry as a bone. Dino had excellent communication and the job was completed quickly and professionally. He was able to fix my roof before hurricane Ida hit and saved my building from a total loss. Due to his experience, I wound up saving a ton of money. My regular contractor thought the roof needed to be replaced, but Dino said it only needed a restoration and wound up saving me thousands and guaranteed his work. Someone no one else was willing to do for a repair. Others only guarantee a new roof, but not a repair or restoration. Thanks Dino and the First Industrial team!—Anthony A"
