"Mark did a soft wash of my roof and cleaned all my gutters thoroughly. I also hired him to power wash my porch and driveway. He did all this for a very fair price, and did a great job, including cleaning everything up afterward. Mark was very responsive and showed up when he said he would. This week, after Irma came through, I had a roof full of debris again. I called Mark to see what he would charge to come and just blow off my roof again, and he came over the same day and did it at no charge. What a great company! "Ash (the main installer) and his assistant arrived on time and worked cooperatively with the rosters who were installing a new roof. Ash took great one to inspect the roof & ceiling vent carefully so that he could strategically place the sofa dices in the best possible location. I could definitely hire daylight concept again and consider them to be a very professional company who are knowledgeable and deliver what they promise. Everything went smoothly, and I was very impressed with Ash’s knowledge and expertise. Both (the office manager) did an excellent job I’m very pleased with having more natural light in the house, and would actually like more since I fill have other dark areas in the house of coordinating the appointment so that if coincided with the roofing company’s schedule. I do wish however, that I had been told exactly how much it would cost before the job was completed."

"It started off, like my past 2 experiences in using Kirkey Roofing, very satisfactorily. Unfortunately, there was an accident, which occurred during the roof repair, in which 2 employees of Kirkey Roofing had a 4x4 fall from the roof onto my pool equipment. The result was extensive damage to my pool equipment. This was were Kirkey Roofing went from a very satisfactory company to an OUTSTANDING COMPANY, in my book. I believe it is always easier to rate someone or a company when things go right, but the true measure of something is how they react or handle things when they go wrong, whether or not by accident or not, I immediately contact the office at Kirkey Roofing and informed Susan the Office Mgr. of what had occurred. Susan contacted Linda the Site Mgr., who called me back within 8 mins. I asked Linda whether she wanted to contact a pool repair co., or have me contact my pool repair co., and without any hesitation she directed that I contact my pool repair co. Then within another 27 mins., Linda the Site Mgr. as well as Craig Squier whom I had always dealt with in the past, arrived at my home to inspect the damage. They took full responsibility for the accident and were very sincerely apologetic. They instructed me just send them the bill for the pool repairs and that they would take care of same. The roof repair was then completed that day, in the same fashion as was my 2 other previous repairs, in a very satisfactorily manner. Once all repairs to my pool equipment were completed, I sent Kirkey Roofing the invoice for same and true to their word, they took care of it. Which is why I believe that Kirkey Roofing is an OUTSTANDING COMPANY, that I would not hesitate to use again for any and all roofing repairs that I would need in the future, as well as recommend to all of my family and friends."

"Jerry's came to my rescue again. They've done several repairs on my roof over the past 12 years. This one was needed after I noticed that the fascia was sagging out from the house for a length of about 4 feet which resulted in a trough to catching water against the roof. (This is a roof that was install by my builder, not by Jerry's.) My pest control company checked the area of the sagging fascia for pests and alerted me to the rotting wood situation. The pest company also checked up in the attic and told me that I had rotted OSB and rafters - so I called Jerry's. John from Jerry's came on 5/9/2012 and did the estimate followed by a two man crew coming out on Saturday, 5/12/2012 to do the repairs. They tore out the fascia, soffit and a portion of the roof about 10 feet long by 4 or 5 feet and fixed all the rotted area. It took them about 3 hours. They did a great job picking up the discarded shingles, rotted osb and wood and left my property clean. Although my shingles are 12 years old, you really need to look hard to see the area of the repair"
