"Steven came over on a Saturday afternoon to provide an estimate on turf removal and landscaping of our front yard. He emailed a detailed quote the following morning which, thankfully, met our budget. California Palms Landscaping was one of six companies (I know it was a lot) that I asked to provide us with estimates for our yard. After each company arrived, I usually had a good idea whether I could work with them. And if it was a â maybeâ , I emailed a quick question to await a response. Stevenâ s quote was comparable to one other companyâ s quote; however, I appreciated that Steven was extremely easy to communicate with and he answered all my questions rather quickly via email or phone call. The other company was a little too pushy for business which made me a little uneasy. I had asked about several revisions to be made to our contract for which he was very understanding. Steven and his employees were professional and courteous onsite. They removed the lawn and vegetation; and replaced it with mulch and decomposed granite pathways delineated with benderboard. The intention was to create a blank slate so that I could later plant a garden composed of California native plants. I appreciate the hard work he and his employees put in the 3+ days of the project to create a beautiful front yard which we will enjoy in the coming seasons. Steven emailed the receipt the following day with, as promised, recommended locations to purchase plants and additional materials. I am so thankful that I found California Palms Landscaping for our front yard transformation."

"Eloy and his sons at Palm Trees Plus are absolutely the best. They listened to what my concerns were with the current landscaping around my house and that I wanted to make changes, not redo the whole thing. They offered suggestions for plants that would work better in the front, sides and back of the house where needed. Their proposal was the best by far. In fact, the other two proposals I got were not only higher, but also ignored what I had discussed - they had included palm trees when I had never once mentioned wanting those! Having hired Palm Trees Plus, I am absolutely thrilled with their workmanship, their customer service and their attention to detail. Examples: 1. After having others come to the house to provide proposals, I had some changes I thought might be nice. Eloy and his sons were very happy to come out again, listen to my questions about other suggestions, and make those changes and/or provide other alternatives that were even better. 2. During the time that they were working here, we made some changes on the spot and I even asked about adding some other things, like edging. They were very responsive to those changes and, for the edging, provided a couple of alternatives for me to consider and then installing what I selected. Like I said earlier, I would highly recommend anyone looking to landscape their property or simply update what they have, to contact Palm Trees Plus, Inc. You will not be disappointed. P.S. I'm so happy with the service I received, I plan to have them come back periodically to keep my landscaping looking as great as it does today. I cannot recommend them enough."
