They are extremely hard working individuals who clearly take pride in the work they do for others. They put in a new panel and rewired our entire house built in 1902 -not an easy job- and added multiple ceiling lights, outlets and switches where none existed before. They were very clean, used drop cloths and repaired holes. There was minimal dust, so my mom could live in the house during the work- nothing like what other people described when they had similar work done by other companies. They answered questions and replaced switches quickly when we realized the original color we picked did not look right. They were respectful and timely and the entire process went quicker than we thought possible. Travis and Brent were available by phone/text if we had questions on days not working. Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ?
