He did not say they might or might not be able to do it when we agreed on a price. I wish he had called me when he ran into the problem to discuss the problem with me rather than just saying, "We're done." When I asked about not completing this task during the walk through he just said it was not possible to do with their equipment. But he didn't offer any break on our agreed upon price."

There was quite a bit of clean-up/trimming, etc. They did everything even better than expected and did an awesome job of removing all of the yardwaste & branches as well.
