"It went OK. The estimate was done, very timely and professional. However, the actual repair was later in the day than expected. They did do what I asked. To Put the fence back up. However, they simply propped it up with T- posts on my neighbors side. Just expected more. They did tell me you could be a temporary repair. It was a Friday afternoon . So timing is short. This is a very temporary repair."

"1.  First I called the company to obtain a free estimate on the fencing and gates I wanted installed on my property. <br /> 2.  Next, Superior Fences & Gates sent someone out to assess my needs and give me a cost estimate. <br /> 3.  Then I shopped around for a cheaper quote with 3 other fence companies.  Two showed up.  One did not. <br /> 4.  Of the two other companies providing quotes only one was written.  The other was a verbal guesstimate.  Both of them were way over the written quote I got from Superior. <br /> 5.  Next, I called Superior and set a date for them to begin work. <br /> 6.  They showed up on that date, and installed the fence posts. <br /> 7.  The next day, they came in to hang the gates and install the chain link fencing material. <br /> 8.  I paid them 2/3 of the total amount up front, and the balance when the work was completed. <br /> 9.  I'm so pleased with Superior that I've decided to write this narrative on my experience with them so that others who need great fencing or gates installed can obtain the great service and quality of workmanship I got. "
