I had to initiate each of the subsequent calls because they had not gotten back to me (granted they were busy with a big job), but this lasted over 1 month. I have yet to hear back from them about scheduling a time to come out and plan out the work let alone get something on the schedule to complete the work. <br /> <br /> UPDATE: <br /> Ben contacted me about the missed phone calls and emails. He was exceptionally busy at the time and has since come out as scheduled to bid the job, explain the finish options, and finish colors. Based on the needs we had we decided not to seal the concrete after all, although Ben's price was reasonable, we just decided to do something totally different. <br /> <br /> In all fairness, it took me a two weeks to let him know if we were going to go ahead or hold off, which was rather unprofessional of me. <br />"
