"I canâ t say enough about what a great job Daryl and his crew did. The job included replacement of 11â of basement foundation wall, demolition of brick front porch, and rebuilding of substructure for new porch. Communication was excellent. Estimates were reasonable as were charges for extras. Daryl listened to what we wanted and planned the scope accordingly. The crew were excellent workers, polite, and left the site as clean and safe as possible. Daryl anticipated many of our questions and worked well with the architect and engineer. Iâ ll also note that the admin Nicol did a great job keeping us updated on schedule. This is an often overlooked aspect of contractor-customer relations, but it makes such a difference to always have someone to contact who responds promptly. I highly recommend Secure Seismic for any kind of structural or seismic work and found them much better to deal with than some of the big national brands that work in this field."

"After receiving our work order request, Travis came immediately to see the job that needed doing. He made suggestions. We told him what we wanted. He measured the windows (3 of them) and he got back to us within a couple of days and showed us brochures. We chose what we wanted. He ordered them. It was a little bit more than two weeks for the windows to be made. As soon as they were available, he installed them very nicely mostly in one day, with just minor details on the following day. Travis is very friendly and pleasant, and he is very easy to do business with! Best of all, he is fair, honest, and very reasonably priced! We are very happy and pleased with Travis and especially our new windows!!"

"I originally called F/X repairs several months before we actually met but because the closing of the property kept getting delayed in escrow, I kept having to delay getting bids to repair the place for rental. I asked Bob at that time to call me back in two weeks which he did. He was friendly, we got delayed again, he called again and each time he called back exactly when he said he would. Finally, in late November we closed on the property and he came by the next week to give me a bid. He checked out all the things I wanted done, wrote down the repairs needed, looked at what needed painting and wrote everything down. I liked him a lot and was thinking I was likely to use him for the whole project if the bid was in my ballpark between $3500-5000. He told me he'd get me the proposal and bid on Friday (it was Wednesday) and we parted very friendly. Then nothing. Nothing. No call. No email. I waited 10 days, got other bids and went another direction. I was a bid dumbfounded because he had been so friendly. Curiosity finally got the better of me and I gave him a call just to find out what happened. I actually wondered if something bad might have happened. Anyway, he was apologetic, said he had no excuse, and just didn't get it done. Oh well, no harm no foul. I guess I'm glad I didn't hire him and find out later he (they) just wouldn't show up.
