"There was one thing they missed but one person cleaning my whole house in two hours isn't reasonable. The whole thing was kind of scrambled. The lady was slow to answer emails. There was always a lag time. She finally did give me the four hours worth."

"I intend to keep using her. But I, you know it's one of those things when you have somebody clean your house. First you've got to clear up all the clutter. I really need to set it up where she comes every 2 months or whatever. then it a reason for us to run through the house scooping up all the stuff that we really don't need, doesn't need to be there. Two people cleaned for three or four hours so I thought that was quite reasonable. They washed windows, they did everything. It was awesome. She didn't go outside, put she cleaned the windows inside. She was amazing. I really like her. Her price is extremely reasonable. She did a really good job. I've had housekeepers before and they'll break something or you know. They were perfect. She was having a bad day the day she was supposed to be here. Because you don't know when you show up at a job how long it's going to take you to do and you can't leave one job because you scheduled a second one. So, she wasn't running on time but she stayed as long as she needed to finish the job. It wasn't for lack of trying that she didn't show up at the time she said she would."
