"Poor Workmanship & No accountability. I hired Creation & Renovation ~2.5 years ago for a $25,000+ backyard project. It looked good at first, but now multiple areas are failing. My pavers are sinking and separating because they were installed over crushed sprinkler lines, which compromised the base. They attempted repairs once, but the same issues returned. Several pavers are loose, uneven, and unsafe. The artificial turf I paid a premium for is also lifting and separating across a large area?clearly poor materials or installation. When I reached out, I was told it?s ?out of warranty,? which is unacceptable given how quickly everything deteriorated. The owner?s son comes across as friendly upfront, but there?s no accountability when problems arise. Overall, the work does not hold up, and customer service is disappointing. I would not recommend them"
