"The reason I chose this company was that Mark didn't try to change my mind about what I wanted. He listened to what I asked for and didn't try to make me do something grander or more expensive. When I asked him for his opinions he was willing to give it, but when I didn't he took what I wanted at face value and didn't try to pressure me into including stuff I didn't want or have me second guess myself. I really appreciated that. He also was conscious of money - he gave me the option of having him order materials for me and then having me call the store and put it on my credit card so I get my travel points.
