Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. "Excellent experience! I cannot say enough great things about working with Zach and team on replacing our roof. Zach came out to our home and took his time going over and looking at the entire roof to ensure he had a clear picture of what needed to be done. He gave us a detailed quote including revising the quote and breaking it down several ways for us showing pricing differences for various shingles and even splitting up the roof into different sections. We were not ready to make the commitment right away and Zach did a great job checking in every so often, but not being an "over bearing sales guy" or completely "ghosting" us either. Once we decided to move forward with them we also had them quote and replace a portion of wood siding on our home with vinyl to match the rest of the house. Scheduling and communication throughout the project was excellent. The crew that came out was very hard working, respected our home and property, and were extremely professional. The roof and siding look fantastic! I would highly recommend Exterior Medics!"
