Staff responded fully and promptly to requests for information and patiently and reassuringly to statements of concern. 9: The estimator did not use hard sell tactics. He simply made himself available when needed. 8: Sun Rise charged a fair price. Their estimate was neither the highest nor the lowest of nine I received. 7: All employees were unfailingly courteous. 6: The project took as long as was needed. Because it rained for the better part of two days after work began, the project took one week. My roof was completed before Sun Rise focused on other projects. 5: The roofers worked long and hard. They showed up early, began work immediately, and when weather permitted, worked ten or more hours a day. 4: All employees went above and beyond the call of duty. For example, when, in late afternoon on the first day of work, rain was first predicted for following day, the roofers worked into the early evening to ensure that my roof was "buttoned up tight." 3: The owner, an experienced and talented roofer, worked with his crew each day, personally supervising and ensuring high quality work. 2: Sun Rise delivered what was promised.
