He worked very h****** cleaning my two kiva fireplace chimneys, plus he went on the roof to check the grates and for any issues up there. He put down a lot of paper so ensure that there was no mess around the hearths. He also worked on my dryer vent for a while, found that there was an issue deep in the vent piping itself, called his office to discuss it, and advised me on this safety hazard. He was genuinely concerned with making sure I understood the configuration of the vent and the issues. He did a great job. <br />"
