"Cocona Concrete was excellent. I needed to replace the entire driveway, apron and sidewalk-- and wanted to do it quickly before the winter cold arrives. Cocona did an excellent job. Communication was excellent, they were extremely prompt -- on-time for every appointment, and did great work. They also came up with good solutions for one problematic area, which none of the other vendors that i receive quotes from provided. Pricing was very fair and reasonable, and no surprises. "Jose did a 50-yard-long cement walkway varying from 4 to 8 feet wide and then installed brick on top. He also did some drainage work that ended up a being a bigger job than we planned due to slope & elevation. He is a licensed general contractor and has a hard-working team he works with including his father who has been in the cement business for many years. They have the large digging & dirt moving equipment needed for the work. Jose was open and flexible with changes I wanted to make along the way. I am happy with my walkway and the drainage work and would use Triple MMM Construction again."

"Start was delayed by one day. Initial walk through with foreman did not happen as he did not show up until later. (He took very incomplete notes during initial contract discussion so made assumptions and mistakes, as did I.) Lost an entire faucet because I missed it on their contract rewrite. Ugh! Had to argue to get them to replace correct buckled walkway sections. The morning of the concrete deck pour had to have them reframe the deck due to not paying attention to detail. Also, I had to wrangle with them to come pick up the wood from the rotting decking being replaced with the concrete pour. It was way to much stress with these guys. This said, they were the best price. If you insist on a formal pre-contract-start walk through to make sure everyone is on the same page, they have good workers who know their stuff. The work is quality work. If you go in knowing you have to be the project manager, you can save a few bucks."
