"Really disappointed in the entire experience with grounds quality lawn. Starting with just initiating the job, it took nearly a month to get responses from them and get someone out to start work. I only stuck with it at that point because a family friend said they were good but should have gone with my gut and found another company at that point. The guys they sent were constantly taking breaks and at one point the foreman even grabbed my fishing pole and spent about 30 min fishing while the remaining four watched him. This wouldn't have bothered me as much if the rate I was paying was more reasonable but they were charging me about $600 per hour for the 5 guys so these breaks and fishing sessions were costing me a lot of money. I voiced my concern with the project manager who just made excuses and cared not at all about what was going on. I asked to speak to owner Justin grounds who did the same. Just excused the behavior and had no problem with it whatsoever. All the while no one could explain why the hourly rate was so high when the guys were working so inefficiently. They kept saying the hourly rate was $60 per hour per crew member but charging me double that with no explanation. Not sure if I was just unlucky or if the company is getting complacent and resting on their reputation but I was very unimpressed and I am generally very easy going with these things and rarely complain about having bad service from anyone."

"Terry and Evan did a great job. The installation was done neatly and the disruption to our household was minimal. Both the work crew and the office personnel were nothing but professional. I had some non-typical ways that I wanted a few things done and they worked with me to achieve the best outcome. The equipment they specified is top notch and working great. My delay in writing this review was only because weather required that we wait to have the project finished until they could get on the roof safely."

"The entire process from start to finish was a breeze! Did I mention that I was on a cruise and out of the country! As a surprise for my husband I hired Spencer to install the fan. He had to cut a hole, run the cords, and put in a new switch! We were able to work out all the details before we left and came home to an absolutely beautiful Chandelier Fan! Looks like it should have been there all along! Spencer was so polite and professional the entire time! Even when we weren’t available because of the cruise he was able to call family members who I left numbers for to ask about specifics that I would prefer!
