While the installation was being performed there were weather delays, and I was kept updated on when the work was going to be resumed. The work team was friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the tasks at hand and always notified me when they arrived for work and when they were getting ready to depart. Mid-Atlantic is without a doubt one of the best contractors I have dealt with for repairs to my home. I would recommend them to anyone who requires quality, professionalism, and for expert service."

"Of the three estimates I received, Glen Burnie Roofing was the best. Word of mouth in my area, coupled with the ratings I found on Angieslist sold me. I had heard that they can be hard to book since the are so in demand. I waited about 3 weeks for the job to get done, which was a little less than the time they told me before I signed the contract. The team was very professional and worked extremely hard to finish my rather large, multi-leveled roof in a day. They installed a "chimney" to replace the ungly old metal one. "A roofer arrived at my place around 1pm (same day as my phone call). He examined the drywall and examined the roof. He quickly determined that what I was seeing was actually yellowed tape where pieces of drywall had been joined together showing through the less than adequate paint job. I'm sure he was right. The stain was a perfectly straight line and my original home renovator did a sloppy job. I was embarrassed that I had called him out, but he was very polite about it. Horizon Roofing is awesome, and I would recommend them to anyone!"

"I called the Dynamic Roofing on a Saturday expecting to leave a message then be contacted the next week. Instead Eric returned my call the same day and set up an appointment for Monday. At that meeting he did a thorough examination of our almost 30 year old roof then explained what needed to be done and what our options were. We had been having trouble with the gutters backing up due to leaf build up as well as dents so we decided to get them replaced at the same time. Eric explained that the cost might be slightly more if they discovered any of the underlying plywood had to be replaced once they ripped up the old roof and quoted us a per sheet cost. Our installation day was about two weeks after our original appointment. The roof itself took one day then a crew returned the next day to do the gutters. Everything was hauled away and I saw no trace of any debris. It turned out we only needed one or two sheets of plywood replaced. The roof looks great."

"Lucky for me, a recent windstorm ripped off my gable fascia. I say lucky because my insurance adjuster brought with him Randall Specht from ReBuild Inc. He also inspected my 3-yr old roof and, although there was no wind damage, Mr. Specht identified shortcuts taken by my original roofing firm –shortcuts I would never have seen nor had the knowledge to identify. According to the shingle manufacturer, those shortcuts were not in accordance with their approved installation methods; problems would not have been covered by my warranty nor would any resulting damage. Although Mr. Specht was brought in only to identify potential wind damage, his professionalism and patient detailed explanation provided me with enough information to intelligently discuss the installation issues with the manufacturer and my original roofing firm. Then, after the original roofer “fixed” his installation errors, I had additional questions about the repair quality. Although I am a civil engineer, I am not knowledgeable about roofing practices. Recalling how professional Mr. Specht was, I contacted him again. He was as generous with his time & explanation as he was originally. Kudos to ReBuild!! Mr. Specht’s professionalism – his honesty, customer service and…kindness -- speaks volumes about him and ReBuild. He went out of his way to ensure I could have my original roofer fix my roof correctly, even though nothing was in it for him or for his firm. This company is what we always hope for we get when we hire a contractor; they will be the first one I call when I have a remodeling project or need a repair done. They are the ones I will recommend to my friends and neighbors."
