"Completion of project took 3 months while Derrick admits he started and completed many other projects while ours just sat undone. Flooring came out horrible with boards popping up because floor wasn't leveled properly. Derrick has no sense of honor when it comes to keeping his word. Very disappointed and would never hire again."
