"Our roof was damaged in the severe weather that hit Knox County in April, 2010. We were unaware of the damage until we actually began to see leaks. We filed the claim with our homeowner's insurance and then we experienced major delays because of paper work and roofing companies who turned out to be storm chasers and a great deal of difficulty in finding a reasonable estimate for the work to be done. Finally we were able to get a list of qualified roofers and called many of them to get an estimate. Mike from MDM was quick to return our call and responded to us quickly through the rest of the process. After all the problems we had encountered, his responsiveness was enough for us to decide that MDM was the roofing company we would use. He followed through at once in getting all the needed information to our insurers and the work was scheduled very shortly after our first call. Most of our neighbors had needed roof repairs and so we had watched....sometimes in distress...their work being done. We saw roofs that took weeks to complete, roofs that had to be re-done and huge messes left in the neighbors yards.  We were hoping for a better experience with MDM and they did not disappoint us. Mike was helpful and professional in every step of the process, even when we had trouble settling on a final color for the shingles. The crew arrived exactly when they were supposed to and went right to work. All during the installation process, they were polite and professional and focused on the work. But we were still AMAZED when Mike rang the doorbell that same afternoon to let us know the work was complete. "The response time was amazing. Jordan called the same day I requested information and came out to look at my roof immediately. His solution to my difficult roof was practical and within budget. The following week his roof master, Oscar appeared with Jordan to walk the roof and scope the job. The next day the crew arrived. They not only fixed my presenting problem, they found a hole in the roof, additional soft wood and a slope issue (no wonder I was having issues!). All were fixed with a perfectly cleaned site, no roof nails and even with the next downpour, no leaks and perfect drainage. What was to take 1 day took 2, but I paid the quoted price. "This is the second job completed by CRS and installation from Dave & Scotty. The window and door measurements were spot on, and the installation went great. Dave & Scotty always do a great job, they work well together and they kept me entertained with their banter. They will not leave or call a job complete until the customer is happy/satisfied and they are satisfied everything is completed and working properly.
