Justin hooked up this cool camera and sent it up the chimney looking for cracks, I was impressed. My home is 35 years old, so I was not surprised that there were cracks. So, I have contracted with them to fix the issues, and the cost seemed reasonable to me. Justin was very personable, and knowledgeable. They hang up on you and give you the run around to speak with a so called manager. They send a so called professional to do the work, ask for a ridiculous amount of service call out fee and don't finish the job. The tech was unorganized and shows up hours late. Don't recommend the company."
