Nothing was damaged, and he cleaned up the area perfectly afterward. He tool the initiative to call me multiple times to arrange the service, and arrived promptly as a true professional should. He was extremely polite, especially to my young children (my little girl was not happy he had to cut down her swing tree). Daniel Falkner Sr. (Owner) promptly suited up, climbed and topped the tree, with his crew performing all needed actions to cable the tree sections away from the home to a safe location expertly. They also removed a leaning, mature, tall Oak, directly positioned to fall on and destroy my new Well House, with equal professionalism and expertise. Seeing these men knew their trade, I had them also remove a mature Pine tree somewhat adjacent to the Poplars that were removed.
