"Still happy 1.5 years after my bathroom renovation! Brad and his team remodeled my master bathroom and added built in cabinets in my bedroom. Everything still looks brand new and it is functioning exactly like I had requested. I will call Brad Abell the next time I have a home project."

"An absolute nightmare. Roofed my house in June of 2015, the day the job was completed it rained and water came pouring into the garage from the chimney. They came back out the next day and redid the flashing only because I hadn't given them the final payment. Then approximately a year later a large chunk of my ceiling in a corner of the garage was coming down. I had a 5 year warranty so immediately started calling, left messages for months with no reply, out of frustration from no reply I gave up..... this is Will Moore's game, he wants you to give up. Three years into my new roof on the opposite side of the house from the garage over one of my bedrooms we started noticing some cracks in the ceiling finish which had never been there before. Around that time we had an electrician connecting a wire on the roof and he alerted us to the fact that the roof was unsafe in that area and it was completely rotten. Again I started calling Will Moore with the same results.... months of calling and no reply. I really didn't know what to do so once again I gave up. Right around the 5 year mark we started noticing water staining in our garage around the stacks. Again I started calling with the same results. We had insulation blown into our attic above the living space which is the only thing saving that area of the house, the garage does not have blown insulation which is why it is really taking the brunt of the damage you can see. Here I am having paid Will Moore $10,000 for a roof that was installed incorrectly and is absolutely failing and no idea what to do about it and no funds to fix it. This summer my son was cleaning out the gutters and he said mom "this roof is really bad in numerous spots , completely rotten in numerous places". I'll be honest, I did alot of crying...... but I gathered myself up and started researching this man. My roof was put on under the company name ACS roofing however in my paperwork AIM Construction was listed as buying my shingles. I had a random number written on my folder with the name Sam, I remembered this was Will's father and the reason I had his name and number was because he had picked up the final check. Out of desperation I called Sam, I was surprised to hear from Sam that he had moved away from Cincinnati and he no longer spoke to his son because of some shady business happenings. I do believe that at some time Sam was involved in ownership of AIM Construction but I'm still looking into it. Begrudgingly Sam Moore gave me a number for Will and made it clear he didn't care what problem I was having and didn't want to hear from me again. The number turns out to be for AIM Construction and one of two numbers listed on my roofing paperwork so of course this was a number I had already been calling. Fast forward to the end of October 2022 and my roof situation is now dire. I called out another REPUTABLE roofing company who quoted me $14,000 for a complete tear off and all new plywood and all new shingles. They said it could not be saved as more problems would just start popping up. This quote does not cover all the other damage being fixed, hole in the garage, water staining, refinish bedroom ceiling or replacement of damaged insulation in the attic. At this point I was enraged so I started trying to find this man any way that I could. I found a facebook page for Will Moore which is not affiliated with either construction company and just started messaging him. Finally after a few nasty messages he answered back........6 years after I started trying to contact him, he is now answering, not very nicely but hey any contact is a positive in my mind. Of course Will starts saying my warranty is expired, of course I reminded him of the many times I tried to contact him within the 5 years of the warranty. Eventually he says he closed ACS Roofing and sorry I got missed and then started blaming the shingle company. He told me to get a home inspection from an unbiased inspector and immediately started blaming KOI Shingles and said I also needed to contact them. I did both, Roof is Will's fault, shoddy workmanship and installed completely wrong and I can't file a claim with KOI because I don't have the original purchase receipt, AIM Construction has that. I let Will know all this and provided detailed pictures of the roof and the damage, not a shock but Will ended all communication at that point. I have continued to call his numbers throughout and kept calling and to my utter surprise several days ago he answered, he stated in the call he thought I was a building inspector that he was meeting with but that he would contact his KOI Shingle rep and get back with me, he hasn't of course. A friend recommended contacting the Attorney General, we have now done that and not surprised to find out ACS Roofing has multiple other complaints filed with them on this company. Being Will purchased my shingles through AIM in my paperwork it is undeniable that these 2 companies are one in the same. When ACS started having all these problems he simply went back to just solely using the name AIM. In my roofing paperwork both company names were used. Will Moore likes to respond that people don't know what 3 dimensional shingles look like, I want to address this because 17 years ago I had them put on my previous home which my father now lives in, installed properly they are gorgeous and in 17 years there has not been 1 issue at that house. The shingles on my roof now that he installed look AWFUL and on top of that it has dozens of problems. Please be aware that this is not an honest contractor, if he has done work for you in the past I urge you to have that work rechecked, if he is working on your property now be aware of the outcome that myself and many many others have had with this man, if you are looking at him or his company to do work for you currently, please keep looking, I do not want to see this happen to anyone else. I am on the road to pursue him through legal means but I'm sure he would not have the money to fix the problem no matter the outcome, people like him never do. JUST PLEASE BE WARNED"
