"Mike was very responsive to questions and quick to schedule. We did not have an access to the drain so they had to take our toilet out to do the work. When they finished, they discovered that our toilet did not use a standard wax ring. This meant they had to make a second trip to our home, which they did the next day on a Saturday morning. I had a Big Deal for the snaking of the drain for $75 and we had agreed on an extra $100 to remove and replace the toilet. They did not charge anything extra for the return trip. Every encounter was friendly and professional. I would use them again."
