Very hard worker good at magnitude of different things especially organizing assisting with a magnitude of one's daily tasks been a personal assistant for 10 plus years

"I called on the 27th of Oct, signed the contract on the 28th of Oct. They were to come and do the job on Nov. 20. The morning of Nov 20th they called and said that they were not going to be able to make it as they were having issues with their machine. They showed up in the 27th (7days layer and almost a month after the initial contract signing). Trimmed the tree, did not blow away the sawdust that was left and also broke my picket fence in three places. See pictures below. Spoke with one of the guys that was here and made him aware of the broken areas. After the job was complete, I asked for a receipt and he said that the office would be mailing me a receipt. He could not provide this. Eric said that he would come back and fix the fence and he has yet to come and fix the broken areas. I called the office 2 times left messages and no one has responded as I type this on Dec 6. I do not recommend this company."

"I came home to find water bubbling up from the ground from an underground leak in the sprinkler system. I contacted 4 "Super Service" sprinkler repair guys from Angie's List. Three of them never responded and the one that did wasn't available for 3 weeks. My lawn would be scorched by then. So I decided to give the new guy a try. He answered the phone, was able to put me on the schedule two days later and gave me a rough estimate of what the work would entail. He showed up on time, was courteous and performed the repairs that I needed. William gets a thumbs up from me!"
